3-layer steel clad material + uneven ceramic coating (high-hardness microporous ceramic coating) structure
●Excellent non-stick properties (comparable to fluorine)
●Heat-resistant temperature 420 ℃ or higher
●Excellent abrasion resistance

Ceramic particles are stacked in an uneven pattern, creating tiny gaps and forming a rough, uneven surface layer. This prevents heat adhesion between the food and the pan, just like with regular oil, and the oil and fat released from the food falls onto the uneven surface, preventing stickiness and burning. (Meat is beautifully browned without mixing with excess oil! Vegetables are crispy! Dumplings are crispy on the outside and juicy inside.)
We developed Super Ceramic Coating to achieve a non-stick finish that prevents food from sticking even when it is heated to the right temperature, even if it forms a sticky or gelatinous layer, and maintains its non-stick properties without excessive shaking or flipping of the food.
For this reason, the Super Ceramic Coating is designed to double or triple prevent food from sticking or burning, taking into account all heating conditions.
However, when grilling or frying over high heat on either an induction or gas stove, food is more likely to burn.
The Super Ceramic Coated Frying Pan is the ultimate non-stick frying pan , and when heated over medium heat or lower to ensure the entire pan is heated slowly and evenly, and when properly preheated, it is extremely non-stick and does not burn.It also produces a beautiful brown color and is perfect for cooking delicious food .
Unlike fluorine coatings, uneven ceramic coatings have less contact with food, which makes them easy to release, but they also have countless extremely fine pores on their surface.
When heated, this expands along with the air inside. When cooking oil is added, it is sucked into the micropores by capillary action, and the surface tension causes the oil level to rise, making it easier to contact with the food and improving release properties. (A small amount of oil is sufficient because it utilizes surface tension.)
Furthermore, during cooking, the micropores constantly expand and contract due to subtle changes in surface temperature, causing the oil inside to enter and exit.
Additionally, the oil surface is constantly moving up and down due to surface tension (caused by capillary action).
The developer calls this state (where the cooking oil flows in and out of the micropores as if breathing) "physical non-stick breathing effect."
This prevents oil from pooling in one place and keeps it circulating, making it non-sticky and extremely healthy.

Changes in the surface (coating) when frying under similar conditions (baking empty, using a spatula, etc.)
- It has a very high heat resistance temperature of approximately 420°C (normal fluorine coatings are generally said to be able to withstand temperatures of around 230°C).
This makes it highly durable and can withstand long-term use.
- The coating is extremely thick, up to 200 microns thick, and has a texture similar to a fluorine coating, which is its greatest feature.
This not only reduces the contact area with the food, making it excellent for release (non-stick), but also provides space for expansion and contraction even when repeatedly heated and rapidly cooled, making it highly durable.
Furthermore, considering the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between ceramic and metals such as stainless steel, which may cause cracks due to temperature changes, we conducted repeated tests over an extended period of time to arrive at the ideal textured surface that combines releasability and durability.
- In terms of abrasion resistance (how difficult the coating is to come off), it is overwhelmingly superior to fluorine coating, and can be rubbed with metal spatulas or scrubbing brushes without any problems.
In an abrasion resistance test, a metal scrubbing brush was fixed to a fixture, a weight was placed on top of it, and the brush was rubbed over 15,000 times. Data shows that only the top layer of the coating was destroyed (about 25%), while the middle and bottom layers remained completely intact.
With regular fluorine coating, more than 80% of it is destroyed after about 50 uses.
-Of course, it complies with the standards and criteria of the Food Sanitation Act (we have obtained a test report), and in terms of heat resistance, it passed a thermal shock test conducted by the Daily Metal Products Inspection Center (an organization approved by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry) in which it was subjected to a heat resistance test at 400 degrees for one hour and then immediately placed in a tank of water.
