- The blade and support frame can be replaced together. The rubber feet can also be replaced.
・The handle frame, which is integrated with the fan-shaped blade and blade support frame, is L-shaped, so that the blade always moves at an angle to the cutlet placed on the table. This is closer to the path of a knife when cutting, and allows you to cut the cutlet as neatly as possible without crushing it.
- The screws that secure the replacement blades are knurled, so if they become loose they can be tightened by hand, and no tools are required to replace the blades.
・Because it is tempered, it can be sharpened. However, since it does not come into contact with the cutting board, the blade is less likely to chip than a kitchen knife and can be used for a longer period of time.
- Standard is a 6-blade specification, but a 5-blade specification is made to order.
-For safety, when not in use, please place the blade inside the base and lock the stopper on the left side.
