3-layer steel clad material

High-performance material that is easy to handle and compatible with induction heating
It is made by joining 18-0 stainless steel, aluminum, and 18-8 stainless steel, and by sandwiching aluminum between highly corrosion-resistant and durable stainless steel, it is a highly corrosion-resistant, high-performance material that combines the good and uniform thermal conductivity of aluminum.
Although the plate is quite thick at 2.0mm or more, the inner layer is made of aluminum, making it relatively lightweight and non-stick, making it very easy to handle and clean.
The outer layer is made of 18-0 stainless steel, making it compatible with induction cooktops.

Black fluororesin coating <br>The fluororesin coating commonly seen on frying pans has been made black.
This means that although it looks black, food does not stick as easily as with a regular frying pan, and the double coating makes it durable.
