Two-layer steel clad material

It is IH compatible and has a two-layer structure of 18-0 stainless steel and aluminum, making it ideal for stir-frying as the fluorine coating does not easily peel off.
Aluminum is a common material for frying pans because it has good thermal conductivity and is compatible with fluororesin coatings. It is made by joining the aforementioned 18-0 stainless steel for induction heating to aluminum, making it the ideal material for induction frying pans.
Furthermore, compared to stainless steel, aluminum has a fluorine coating that penetrates deeper into the interior and has good thermal conductivity, allowing it to dissipate heat appropriately (stainless steel has poor thermal conductivity and high heat retention, so parts that are directly exposed to heat can become very hot). Fluorine coatings are weak to extremely high temperatures (heat resistant to about 230 degrees), so we use a double-layer clad + extra-thick fluorine double coating for our sauté and stir-fry pans.
