[Extraction method]
- Place coarsely ground coffee beans in the basket.
- Add water up to just below the basket and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, turn off the heat and place the basket containing the coffee in it.
- Cook over low heat for 4 minutes. When the extract visible in the transparent part of the lid becomes thicker, it's done!
