Structural features
It has excellent safety and airtightness. The air-injection lid has a knob structure that allows the lid to stick to the main body and then air can be injected through it to easily remove the lid.
The ultra-thick bottom structure (1.5mm to 2.0mm) is durable enough to withstand rough handling, and is used in kitchens and food service facilities both in Japan and overseas.
The lid is secured with three fasteners, making it easy to transport.
The lid uses a silicone rubber gasket that is less susceptible to environmental hormones.
Made of stainless steel with a durable structure and extra-thick bottom, it is also used as a transport container in industries other than food.
