By using corrosion-resistant NSSC180/19-0 stainless steel with a special bottom pressing process (patent pending) jointly developed by Niigata Prefecture and Tokyo Electric Power Company, we have been able to keep the plate thickness to just 1mm while ensuring resistance to thermal deformation, sufficient durability, and an ultra-lightweight structure.

This is a groundbreaking new series that combines sufficient durability, ultra-lightweight functionality, and reasonable pricing at a high level.

Furthermore, Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Stainless Steel has specially provided us with wide coils (1,524mm! The normal width is 1,219mm) made of NSSC180 material, which has finally made it possible to manufacture full-size 60cm pots.

As such, the 19-0 IH-compatible circular-bottom pot series has the potential to become the standard for commercial IH pots in the future. Furthermore, with its high quality and fully stocked Made in Japan product, you can rest assured that it will last for many years to come.

Niigata Prefecture and Tokyo Electric Power Company studied the position and characteristics of the magnetic lines of each IH manufacturer and calculated the height of the bottom support within the range that corresponds to the electromagnetic field.The thermal expansion of the metal caused by heating at high power is distributed over the entire bottom surface by a special circular bottom support, resulting in a structure that is less likely to warp.

Through many years of research, we have investigated not only thermal expansion and contraction but also the position of the magnetic field lines of each manufacturer's induction appliances, and have derived the circular dimensions for each size that prevent deformation while preventing the magnetic force from escaping and maximizing the heat source.We have created molds for all of these dimensions, and have established a thorough system that prevents deformation at the bottom.
