Square tray, electrolytic polished finish (flat edge)

Material: SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel)

The specifications of the classic square bat have been modified to meet market needs.
●Flat and long edge
Changed from the conventional rolled edge type to a flat edge type. It is easier to hold, less likely to collect dust, and is easier to use.
Thicker material for increased strength and prevention of distortion
Compared to conventional bats, which rely on a rolled edge structure to ensure strength, this bat is thicker and has a longer flat edge to ensure strength and prevent distortion.
● Stepped corners (to prevent items from getting stuck when stacked)
The corners are stepped to prevent items from getting stuck and becoming difficult to remove when stacked.

[Stacking comparison]
A certain gap is maintained between each piece to prevent them from getting stuck.

[Conventional product] There are no gaps between each piece

[Flat edge type] Ensuring a gap between each sheet

Flat edge square bat with electrolytic polished finish

Electrolytic polishing can prevent darkening even when stocking white creamy ingredients.
Physical polishing involves cutting, abrading, and deforming the metal surface to make it smooth, while electrolytic polishing is done electrochemically.
Both polishing methods result in a smooth surface, but when the surface is observed under an electron microscope, the unevenness of physical polishing is only a few μm (micrometer, 1/1000 of 1 mm), while that of electrolytic polishing is several tens of μm, several dozen times larger.
This moderately sized unevenness makes it less likely to leave residue and makes the surface less susceptible to dirt. (Think of electrolytic polishing as having larger, smoother unevenness.)
